Structural features of components:

1. Heat exchange coil, tube type can be selected

★ overall hot-dip galvanizing of oval steel pipe (ensure uniform spraying without dry spots)

★ seamless steel pipe is integrally hot-dip galvanized (suitable for high-pressure occasions)

★ 304 / 316L stainless steel corrugated pipe (corrosion resistance and anti scaling)

★ 304 / 316L stainless steel round pipe (corrosion resistance and high pressure resistance)

★ aluminum alloy tube (plate) (good heat conduction and small land occupation)

2. Water tank and shell plate; Z700 galvanized sheet imported from Korea is selected, which is resistant to solar radiation, corrosion, beautiful and durable.

3. Hollow fan and direct flow fan can be used, with large diameter and reliable corrosion resistance. 3. The motor can be used as the fan, and the impeller and direct flow fan can be used.

4. Water pump: it adopts well-known brand, low lift special water pump (vertical or horizontal), with stable operation.

5. Air inlet grille: specially designed stainless steel or PVC grille, with small wind resistance, can prevent spray water from splashing, and can also prevent dust and direct sunlight from the water tank, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

6. Spraying device: PVC large-diameter nozzle, non blocking, corrosion-resistant, uniform spraying, easy to form a water film on the coil to avoid "dry spots" on the outer wall of the coil.
