Cross flow closed cooling tower
The cross flow closed cooling tower is composed of exhaust system, spray system, packing precooling system, coil heat exchanger and unit shell. The external air enters the unit from the side of the cooling tower, flows laterally through the packing and cooler, and then discharges the unit upward. It intersects vertically with the spray water flow to cool the fluid medium of the coil. The cooling water exchanges heat and mass with the spray water and air outside the pipe through the coil to avoid the water pollution caused by the direct contact between the cooling water and the air. Because there is spray water pre cooled by PVC filler outside the pipe, its heat exchange effect is obviously better than that of air cooler. For example, when it is used for cooling the terminal of the refrigerator, the coil of the cooling tower is connected with the heat exchanger of the refrigerator to form a closed circulating system, which prevents the corrosion of the circulating system by sulfide gas, dust and microorganisms in the air, and the heat exchange of the refrigerator will not be combined with scale, which eliminates the descaling and maintenance of the refrigerator, so as to save electricity and increase the operating life of the refrigerator.
